 Cooking from scratch anyone?

Hey guys I'm sure you've seen me posting about how I like to cook a lot of stuff from scratch.
Tonight I made corn chowder from scratch with some bread I made yesterday to dip in it.
It's amazing 
Oh and that's a little bit of tequila sunrise I've been drinking all afternoon.
What a great day. How's everyone else doing tonight?
Anyone else cook a lot of stuff from scratch? I love it: tastes great, and is very affordable.

My power was out so the homies came over to cook on the grill.
I can't complain  seems like thats how dinner ends up 4/7 days of the week in the summer.
I love cooking...problem is, I suck at pre-planning and never have the stuff I need to cook.
I get to the grocery store and end up  even when I HAVE a list.
I have a pretty boss recipe I'll send your way when I'm not intoxicated. I don't feel like I could do it right if I tried now.

I made a chicken casserole,broccoli,cream of muchroom soup, metric ton of cheese, fried onion rings on top conglomeration yesterday that was good as fuck
