I got a nice couple racks of pork ribs
I planned on boiling them first, then smother in BBQ sauce, wrap in some foil, and throw on the grill
How do you make your best BBQ ribs?

you dont need one, just a charcoal grill. It's the ONLY way to do ribs. All other are inferior.

The grills we have here are natural gas
I am going to have to use it like an oven essentially
Sitting here wondering what kind of dry rub I want to throw on tonight...
How long do you usually have to cook your ribs for? I got a decent size rack of pork spare ribs, shoulda got some baby back
Got some awesome "Open Pit," sauce to smother them in

i always cook em on the grill. then transfer to a foil baking pan with a cooling rack in it. i use a mixture of apple and pineapple juice to steam them. cover that foil pan with foil and steam for about an hour. you can sauce em if you like, but i serve em straight up. sauce on the side. them bad boys are so tender, you can slide the bone right out of em.... DAMN, NOW I GOTTA GO GET SOME BUTCHER-CUT RIBS!!

I should try to get a job cooking somewhere. I am an awesome cook. Best on the grill but I could start off as a line cook also.
Those ribs tasted even better than they looked
The dry rub was key
