I never did, but my neighbor was throwing out a small grill and I said fuck it and took it off his hands. For the past couple weeks I've been grilling quite a bit and I seem to be getting better... I think its time to step up and get a big boy grill.

I grill every now and then. Pro tip use a lemon or onion to clean your grill as those brushes can leave bristles and could kill you. I just heard on the news the other day some lady got an infection and eventually died from eating one.

I use an onion, never heard of a lemmon. Ill have to try that next time. I have some beef fajitas on the grill now.

Make sure when you get the grill that it comes with a chimney. Learn how to load that and get the charcoal going and how to lay out the charcoal for the heat levels you want, depending on what you're grilling! Now that's pro status!

Ya, chimneys are great, fuck lighter fluid. I got a nice barrel grill I use. I need to step my game up and do some real barbequing though, cuz wood is superior in every way.

I like charcoal, but it burns out quick and takes a minute to heat up again. Ill have to try wood out once I get a better grill.

I have a chargriller charcoal grill with an offset smoker. I love doing ribs and pork butts, yummy!

I want one with a smoker SO BAD! 
I've been rigging them up using things like old metal trash cans for years, but never got to use a legit smoker.

One of my buddies told me about a grill smoker combo with a digital temp sensor that was at Costco for $99.
I cruised over there about 2 days later and found it...for $499
