Rockwool Cloning Suggestions

Hey there, wanted to ask if anyone had any success using a method for cloning involving rockwool that did not include/use the humidity dome.
My clones take too long in the humidity dome (spoiled by the aero-cloner) plus, the more I read about the importance of fresh air to prevent mold and stem rot, the more I want to pursue an alternative.
Currently, my cloner is full and I need to get more clones going, I have some rockwool cubes (1"x1") from my days before aerocloning and could really use some insight.
Let's see what the big brains of the business have to say about this

Remembering to change the water daily is a plus when using that type system.
