How soon should I apply nutes?

So I have seeds propogating in Jiffy Pucks right now. One of the jiffy pucks didnt soak up as much water as the rest so its lacking about 1/4 of the size of the others. It was the first to sprout and I checked it quickly this morning before leaving for work and the taproot is sticking out of the bottom by about 1/4" to 1/2". The seed shell hasnt even fallen off yet. Im thinking I should put this in a small pot when I get home but my question is whether I should put notes in the water for the promix? Is it too early for nutes or should I go with 50% or even 25%?

I'd let my seedlings get two weeks old before adding nutes.
That maybe just me, tho.

I start giving light nutes pretty much as soon as the first non-cotyledon leaf set appears, but I grow hydro so if I don't give them food they pretty much starve. haven't seen any issues yet.

2 weeks sounds like a good idea. I'm not growing hydroponically but from what I understand, Pro-mix is different than potting soil. So can I just water my seedlings in pro-mix?
