Anyone know which line, FF or GH, gives you more feedings per dollar spent? Just trying to make sure I get the most bang for buck, not only in terms of performance, but also application.
Also, does anyone have an opinion on budding-specific nutes like BudBlood, or Kool Bloom. Or any recommendations for other flower enhancers?
I am not necessarily asking strictly for product recommendations, but would genuinely like to hear some candid reviews of what you all use-- whether it is a product that has been previously mentioned, or not. Of course, this info likely will weigh in on purchasing decisions. Hopefully, other users also will be able to use the thread as a reference of what is and isn't worth buying.
I also appreciate posts of differing opinion-- like Harry's, which constructively criticize other's regimens, such as with Farmer Joe's lineup. Together we can collectively ascertain better quality info on what works and what doesn't. In addition, I think the feedback on dosage in regards to efficient PPM regulation is a good topic of discussion.
There has been a lot of good input so far...keep it coming!
I would list what I have experience with, but it is pretty limited. I already know I'm not using the best stuff, and wouldn't necessarily want to disclose any inferior products to spare myself the embarrassment. Let's just say outside of Alaska Fish fertilizer, and SuperThrive, it's nothing too miraculous.

Well, I am on my 5th grow and I've had 4-10 plants growing at all times. This whole time I have used only Fox Farm's Grow Big and Tiger Bloom. I dabbled with a free sample I got on my last grow. Anyways, I have the 32 ounce bottles, and I will run out this grow.
I chose them because I was growing in FFOF
Where I buy my supplys, the GH is about $4-$5 cheaper than the FF. I don't know how long the GH will last you though.
And also, as Harry reminded me, just keep it simple. choose a 3 part line and go with it. I was going to try the GH line next.

2 teaspoons fish fert in 1 liter of water.
Gorwing in FF ocean forest.
Plan on adding kelp and micro nutes.
2 weeks into flower (a little more).
-------------------- In order to grow good weed you need to be part carpenter, electrician, plumber, biologist, geneticist, chemist, and very willing to get dirty.
I've been working with power tools since I was 8, my dad is an electrical engineer who owned a 280 gal fish tank, and I studied biology with a specialty in genetics. Getting dirty comes naturally. I think my parents inadvertently trained me to be a weed grower.
See what you think on my first try.

Here is what I use. Been really happy with this to. GeneralHydroponics floranova bloom, liquid koolbloom, and their cal/mag supplement. I go 9 weeks flower. I use straight promix in my containers. Im going to try and add the Alaskan forest hummic to the promix my next grow. So I start out at week 1 at 300 ppm. Week 2 400 ppm. Week 3 500 ppm Week 4 600 ppm. Week 5 700 ppm. Then at weeks 6 and 7 back to 500 ppm. Week 8 and 9 flushed wirh just water. A quart of each of the nutrients lasts me 2 grows...so its really cost efficient. And a heads up....you really need to shake the floranova good, this stuff has a very thick and heavy consistency. As far as veg goes,I use the cal/mag supplement and floranova grow. I never go above 300 ppm,no matter how long I veg for. And for my mothers I use mother plant a & b along with the cal/mag supement.

earth juice grow-bloom-catalyst-micro. Love it. Although I rarely use the grow or bloom. I ammend my soil with bat and seabird quano, castings, lime, kelp, and diatomaceous earth. I rarely need to add any grow and only hit em with bloom late in flower.
I also mix up aact teas ever two-three weeks. I use ej catalyst and any microbes i have on hand. some kelp meal and castings.

Biobizz organic liquids for over four crops. Satisfactory has been moderate to really high. Say, one bottle of 1L bio-grow NPK426 costs about 10 euros. Thing is it's lower on N than before (was 8) but still reasonable stuff. Also, just received bat guano from Holland. Reporting results later.

Current: Dr.Earthnatural & organic Nitro Big 7-2-2 "High Nitrogen Fertilizer". Ingredients: (in order on bottle) (Fish Meal, Fish bone meal, soft rock phosphate, mined potassium sulfate, kelp meal, seaweed extract and earthworm castings. Also Contains beneficial non-plant food Ingrediants: (5% Humic Acid, 2% Aloe Vera Extract, 1% Yucca Schidigera Extract, 7% Prebiotic Microbial Food:2%Fructooligosaccharides, 1% Inulin, 1% Hemp Powder, 1% Rice flour,1% Whole Wheat Flour,0.5% Soy flour, 0.5% Black strap molasses) Dr.Earthnatural & organic Golden Bloom 2-7-2 "High Phosphorus Fertilizer". Ingredients: Fish bone meal, soft rock phosphate, fish meal, mined potassium sulfate, kelp meal, seaweed extract and worm castings. Also Contains beneficial non-plant food Ingredients: :2%Fructooligosaccharides, 1% Inulin, 1% Hemp Powder, 1% Rice flour,1% Whole Wheat Flour,0.5% Soy flour, 0.5% Black strap molasses) I've used these for the first time this season, both in and outdoors. I would say the results are beyond expectations, and have out performed much more expensive, and popular nutes. They are both liquid a soy sauce color with a fish sauce smell, don't recommend foiliar feeding indoors! Great price, they also make killer soils, and mediums. Won't change.....yet. Have used Earth Juice Verde Fire Veg, and Bloom Water soluble nutes. I prefer the Dr Earth for many reasons, but Verde Fire is good too, just not as good as Dr. Earth!
