Well, I spent about half a day on this bit so far. I spent about an hour yesterday hanging mylar. I ran out of staples for my gun.
Anyway:
Closet's Vent System- Can Fan 33 Combo (inline fan and scrubber)
 
Can Fan RS6 hung w/ bungee cord for vibration reduction
6" insulated ducting w/ black interior to cut down on reflection. This leads to another closet that is for storage, and because of the angle, the hole is not even noticeable
Fan Speed Controller- prevents load noise and save on wear and tear
Indoor Therm/Hygrometer with min/max memory- a must IMO
Double folded (4 layers) of duct tape used as washers to hang rip prone mylar. Shorter staples are fine to use. It looks neater IMO, and mylar isn't blowing everywhere
The light and ballast system are coming. I got A Hydrofarm Radiant reflector and a Lumatek 400W switchable ballast.

My man, that is a beauty. What are you going to grow with like hydro, soil, or aero. I am about to set up a killer aero unit later this year.

I'm going with a soiless mix:
1 part peat
1 part perlite
1 part vermiculite
Dolomitic lime to adjust pH
General Hydroponics Flora nutes and pH up/down
I may go with hydro in the near future, but I'm liking my soiless mix fine. Its never failed me.
The next step is adding LED panels to the top shelf for clones/veg. I am seriously considering a Hydrofarm CO2 kit. I am a Hydrofarm fan. Its like bowl cuts in the 90s to me lol.
