even with only two plants i ended up spending over 600
in the past i spent 3001+ in mushroom supplies

on this current grow here, I spent around $75, and that's for everything, the ballast, the bulb, the nutrients, soil, and containers. But I like to build things and do electric shit so I just made it all myself. Even the reflector, though it's probably not as efficient as others, its was only $3.50.

flowhood/cleanroom,4 pcs,100s of jars. hundreds of pounds of bird seed.
a hugespore collection
bulk coir/verm/perlite/straw
so much other crap. i still have totes filled with mother jars syringes and so much other crap.
i gave a strain to sporeworks. take a look at what it says on Columbian rust spore.

However I still have never had any contam problems except for
one time. Shit gos as smooth as possible as long as you dont live
in a mess of an environment.

These costs are completely avoidable however but do impact operation costs.

Well I have to say that I spent 3,000 on the entire setup. The seeds where the cheapest part of the setup. Wood, bulbs, ballists, and everything that goes with it. Not easy but the plants have everything they need to grow.

The biggest chunk on my money was taken by the 400W HPS cooltube, which was about $230, then it was just a few 2x4's and some ply
