Soil Growers: 1. Are you growing from seed or clones? clones
2. How old are your plants? 3 weeks
3. How tall are your plants? 6 inches give or take an inch on a few
4. What size containers are they planted in? 1 gallon pots
5. What is your soil mix? regular organic stuff from the hardware store
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use? i have been using tap water every 3 or four days about twice a week.
7. What is the pH of your water? about 7 i dont have a digital meter
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?i use humbold nutrients 3-1-1, along with myco madness, and iv been giving them a little bit of b12 and root 66 occasionaly.
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? only sprayed with neem oil
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") i have been using a 400 watt mh.
11. How close are your lights to the plants?about 18 inches
12. What size is your grow space in square feet? 5ftx5ftx6ft
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? the humidity is around 60% and its been about 75 degrees f.
14. What is the pH of the soil? the water runoff is about 6.7-6.8 i have to go by the color chart.
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?i saw a few white flies about a week ago and i sprayed with neem oil, havent seen them since.
16. How much experience do you have growing? this is my first crop that will finish indoors i had 1 late crop last outdoor season of plants i vegged under flourescents untill they were the size i wanted to bud.
ok so i got these clones with what i thought was diatenatious earth on the leaves, but im pretty sure that it was powdery wildue because i noticed a little on the newer leaves but not much so i sprayed again yesterday with neem oil( pictures were taken befor i sprayed), but i dont think that that is what is contribution to the spots on one of my leaves and the yellowing of some of the others.i have been fertilizing every other watering with humbold nutrients so i dont think its a toxicity i think its some kind of deficiency. my leaves are also a little droopy.

Neem oil wont kill mildew, its is used for insect control (mites specifically).
Your plants are phosphorus deficient (purple stems, unless genetic trait) and definitely potassium deficient (necrotic spots and twisting). Add some 20-20-20 fert at 1tsp/gal and they should perk up. Fertilize every time you water. If soil is very dry then use normal water, wait 10min, then add fert water.

If its mildew then you to circulate more air. Try that first. Then I would go with a sulfur burner, they work great.

It looks either like mildew or stippling due to white flies (you would need a LOT of flies to make it look like that though). I would definitely increase air flow like camphernandez said and try to drop the humidity a bit, that should help the mildew. You need to make sure the white flies are under control as well because they are a huge vector for diseases like powdery mildew.
As for the deficiency, I would try to give them something a bit more balanced than 3-1-1 for a change and see if they respond well.

yah, welcome to the hell that is powdery mildew. Like was already said, increase airflow, reduce your RH, and pray.
If i were you though, i'd remove the plants from the grow space and scrub down your grow area to get rid of any residual mildew spores that may be floating around. The problem with mildew is that once it gets in your grow space it's a bitch to remove, even if you do manage to keep the infection off your leaves for a coupe of days any spores still floating in the air will repopulate on your plants and start the cycle all over again. I dealt with a PM infection once and hope to god i never have to do it again.
