6. What is the Ph of your nutrient solution? Anywhere from 5.5 to 5.8
7. What is the PPM/EC of your tap water? I still need to find out
8. What is the PPM/EC of your nutrient solution? No PPM meter 9. What is the temperature of your nutrient solution? approx 70 - 75 f
10. Does your PPM/EC show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check? Nope
11. Does your pH show a rise or fall when you do your daily check? Nope
12. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? I spray them every 1-2 days, i was using a superthrive spray but i havent latley, maybe i should start using it again though because i hear alot of good things about it

14. How close are your lights to the plants? 12-16 inches away
16. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? Around 75-85 f
I noticed the problem today, its only the lowest level of leaves that have a very dark discoloration. i have tried a self diagnosis and from my sources it may be a P def. IDK though i really wanted to ask someone who KNOWS.
And if it is a deficiency should i just add more of the nutrient which will have the certain mineral i need

i am in the same boat; mine have developed yellow/black bumble-bee like stripes on the leaves, the black being necrotic splotches on my oldest leaves first.
I am flushing, changing the solution & making a lighter nutrient mix. I think mine are from nutrient lock out (high ec)

OK, thanks for the response
I forgot to state that my nutrient level was pretty low and about %40 -50 of the roots were hanging in the air, so maybe this had something dodo with it,
i topped off the reservoir with premixed nutrient, should i have added just tap water because it was about 2 gallons low? because i heard that just the water evaporates and not the nute

i would venture to say that eventually the plant sucks up more water than the nutrient itself, which is why high concentrations are unnecessary---... I just flushed/changed tubs myself, we'll see how this goes!
