the little one w/ the many tops that are shooting up now is the one that those leaves have come from. The taller one exhibits nutrient burn from overly concentrated foliar spray (doh)

so, my conclusion was this:
Purchased 1 FloraGro Micro 1 DNF Bloom Fortifier (0-50-30) 1 Small box of Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate)
Flush Fertilize
1 plant died before I had the funds (the tall one)
1 plant has since formed many advanced bud sites & grows happily. Taking pictures tomorrow
Purchased "white widow" seed stock.
Starting over LOLz
I'm used to soil growing, this hydroponic stuff is a bit challening at first. This 2nd grow should be a bit smoother with my large stock of nutes.
Also, I've grown <3 for Technaflora, great products and I'm gonna start using some technaflora now in my grow in the future.

I would recommend trying a top feed, active hydro system. It's simple and very effective (in my limited experience, of which you've been a witness).

That is not nute burn, your plants are N, P, and K deficient. You need to increase fert in the soil. That green banding from the base to the tips in the leaves is where the leaves are yellowing from N deficiency and then regreening up near the veins when plant is watered and it gets just a little bit of N but not enough.
