My biggest plant seems to be outgrowing the box pretty quick. I've read about tying them down and stuff, but don't want to break them. They seem weak right now and were wilting a little. I think maybe they needed water, so I watered them. They are budding now. The buds are about the size of a thumbnail. What can I do about these two problems?
If the plant is already into bud production, it might not be a great idea to transplant it. Usually you want to do that before the stretch which occurs after you flip the light period finishes, right when you do the flip would be best. I'd wait and see if watering it helped to perk it back up. Knowing the size of the plant and the pot size would help; pictures would help too.
