Midwest- too late?

Hello,
First post! I am in the greater midwest USA, I have done outdoors before however started them inside in march, I am wondering if it is too late to put some auto-flower dwarf seeds outside now that it is the middle of may.
Also I might do some inside, can anyone tell me a trusted place to order some of the dwarf low riders, or just what to search for if we are not allowed to source here.

No; it isn't too late to do autos or 'regular' plants!
For auto seeds..check my post in this thread http://www.growery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/669842#669842
this may be of interest as well http://www.growery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/670536#670536
Good luck!
