Im pretty sure thats for flowering.

what size space will you need to cover?
Imo T5's are the way to go if youre on a budget + you can use them to supplement if/when you upgrade. I think a 2 foot 2 bulb fixgure (w/ bulbs & reflector) is like 25$

I'm in a 1 foot deep, 2 foot wide, 4 foot tall cabinet with my mama, and I have 150w of CFL in there.

Its more than enough for her and seedlings.

Of course it's happening inside your head.
Why should that mean it isn't real?

6500k temp and up are for vedging not flowering, 25000k is ideal for vedge, and that will work for 2-3 mother plants. i use a 200w for 3 mothers and it works quite well.

Woa my bad
Thought it said 2500k

Btw, op you can also build a diy fixture. For a small space (2-3sq ft) this would work great.
Screw 2 ysockets into the 2 sockets of a third y-socket and use 4 cfls of appropriate size. Works like a charm, wish I still had a pic (had one of those in a 2x2 room w 43watt cfls).

Oh ya you need another socket w/ wire (2.99$ at ace hardware) to plug the fixture in. you can use it to hang your light too.
