Well atm, My plant is under a 250watt hps in veg. But I dont want my hps running veg cycle. Would one 75 watt equivilent cfl keep my one single mother ok until about a week and a half when her t5 light gets here?

75 watt equivalent? Whats the real power rating on the CFL? If it's a big mom you'd probably want close to 40 watts to be sure. And even then you'd probably want at least two of those to provide enough light.

its a 20 watt. I got three in there now (one is red spectrum, two are blue, so it should have a good spectrum), i think that should be enough, if you said two would do it. I dont want my hps running long days anymore, the heat made the bill go up alot.
I got another question, could a male pollinate a female thats in veg with preflowers, or does it not work that way?

Do you mean the female is in veg with preflowers? If so, I don't think it could pollinate it since there aren't any developed flowers capable of being pollinated.
By the way, that avatar kicks ass.

I got this taken care of. I covered the male pollen sacks before they opened then just cliped them off and stored the sacks inside of a tube until another one busts and I cn get a noticable amount of pollen.

Now heres something ive been wondering. When i covered up the sacs, I know it was probably hard for them to breathe since I used plastic with tape, and had a few holes in the top of the bag. But what happened due to this, is what im wondering about. Im guessing that they turned purple because they were suffocating. Which makes me wonder. If you suffocated a female marijuana bud on its last day or two in flowering. The bud might turn purple too, just like the male flowers did. Im going to try this on one of my smaller lower female buds a couple days before harvest.
When is the right time to try to pollinate a female?
