Hey, I'm starting my first grow, I'm using aquarium/indoor florescent lights. do i need the hps or will florescent lights work from vegetation to flowering?

Some good CFL lights with a good reflector would do, but I personally use my HPS/MH all the way through...My mothers stay under a CFL lamp though.

If you grow with the SOG method, tube flourescents are fine but you have to keep the plants short and close together to get a good yield. If you wanted to add a extra kick to ur plants while flowering I would get a HPS light.
