We have been talking too much about Led grow lights,but has someone ever used them? Has some ever thought about how to build a qualified led grow light?

Have you done a internet search? Many people have used them. Hence the reason for the debates.

i just got 3 15W LED panels in a trade
i was going to use them for mushrooms, but do they have potential, for clone or veg use?

Three 15w panels fair for cloning, or just used to boost spectrum in small spots of a room.
To have any luck vegging under that little light, you're going to need a small veg room.
