so ive been researching researching and researching and i feel like what i'm trying to understand just becomes more and more obscure.
I'm wanting to get a small grow going, I'm thinking of going with the Dr60, which has specs of 23.75"x 23.75"x63
I'm really needing help picking a hps 250w w/th cool tube for my dr60 I'm also going to need a fan that can exhaust the heat through the cooltube and out of a carbon filter. My Budget is 390
previously I wanted to get a lumatek 250w hps/ cool tube but I don't think that I could afford this ballast / light and afford the other components necessary for the grow. Ebay has 250w hps lights with cooltubes for cheap, as does htg supply but I'm not sure which light/ ballast is going to be the best quality for my stealthy grow
