Hey everyone. I am soon going to be starting a grow in one of these Stealth Box
Just a few questions. I need to keep the plants short. What minds of techniques am I looking at trying here? And how do i do topping? I'm a little confused, Ive heard you can't top more than 2 times, and ive also say people top theres more than that.
Thanks everyone. Once I get it started I will have to post a grow up on here.

Topping is a technique where you cut off the leading shoot of a plant. This forces the plant to direct its energy to the side branches producing bushier growth. You can top a plant an infinite number of times, I top my bonsai mothers every two weeks to keep them small and produce more side branches.
In that small of a space, a combination of toping and lst will be necessary. As far as where to find a tutorial, overgrow had a great one but unfortunately it was lost. I hope to make one here as soon as possible.
Good luck, I can't wait to see your grow!

A question Dr Penguin. If I understand what you are saying, you keep your mother plant a bonsai? If so how long can you keep her alive in this state? I'm just starting out growing, starting to get some ideas on how to grow in a limited area. I want to grow but not a lot and not to where it is noticeable. Any input would be nice. thanks

I am no expert on bonsai mothers, my current batch are only 3 months old but I've heard tell of mothers up to 5 years old. I posted a bonsai mother tutorial up here if you'd like to take a look. https://www.growery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/165584/an/0/page/1
