This should be a breeze. You could pull that much every month with a pretty basic perpetual setup. Good luck on your grow!

2' T5 flouro's to sprout your seeds, 150 to 400 watt veg chamber, and a 400-600 watt flower chamber.
You don't need much space either if you're just growing headstash, and as long as you have a well ventilated space you could do it all in one big multi-chamber box.
Start 5 seeds, then 2 weeks later start 5 more, take clones from the plants in veg before you move them into flowering, then just constantly veg new clones every 2 weeks and you'll have a perpetual grow.

Ventilation and temperature/humidity control are likely your most difficult "conditions" to deal with. Solve that and your off to a good start.
Give us a more detailed plan about it all and we can help you make sure you are doing things correctly. Need to know about the climate outside the room as well. Where are you drawing in fresh air, what is the temperature/humidity, where are you venting to, will smell be a problem etc.

Sounds good to me, I think you will be pleased with how much bud you can grow in that area with a decent setup.

you don't need to veg anywhere near that long, and if we're talking about the actual "aerogarden" brand name product, you don't want to use that for veg unless you want tiny plants. Your veg time only needs to be MAYBE 30 days tops, or 18-24 inches.

Well I would personally only use the AG for sprouts...when they get their second set of leaves I'd move them under a MH bulb in small pots until the end of the veg cycle, and then put them in the 5 gallons to flower. The intensity of a MH or other HID bulb in veg will give you a denser plant structure ultimately resulting in higher yields when you flower them. For 5 plants or more, the intensity and space available from the AG just isn't sufficient for a high quality end product IMO.
