The plant's perfectly healthy. Just wondering if any other outdoor growers have had the same insect do this and if you know what it is. Gonna pick up some neem oil on friday. Hopefully that'll do it.

Oh I've been getting something very similar, not sure what it is. On my plants the spots are smaller and more concentrated like on the smallest finger in your picture, and in some spots the holes go right through the finger. It's all on small new leaves though not the big ones. I'm gonna do some research

My guess is mites or aphids, it looks like if you look at the lower left blade of the main leaf in the picture close to the stem, you can see bugs.
I would keep treating them, they are outside which means other plants are affected too. I would treat some of the surrounding plants as well if money allowed, but at least keep treating the plant until the budding starts full bloom.
