Bug!

Can I get an ID, anyone? What is this?
I'm about a week or two from harvest and I don't have anything else going right now so once I cut the plants down I can completely sterilize the grow space. Thus, my questions are:
a) I'm new to the hobby & have done loads of reading but am unfamiliar, yet, with insect invaders. Will this bug affect my current grow, being so close to harvest? I guess I'm asking about any dangers of "contamination" or anything. I don't know what these things carry.
b) Are there any special tasks I need to perform beyond a very thorough cleaning of the grow space in order to avoid contaminating my next grow with these current pest?
Thanks for any/all replies!

Looks like a flying ant, or a wasp of some sort. Nothing I'd be concerned about.

It's literally an infestation now. They're crawling all over my buds. I've seen, and killed, ten of them today!
What do I do? Are there any health risks associated with bugs? I hope these crazy bastards aren't laying eggs in my buds! Aaaaahhhhhhh!

You know what it looks like a natural infestation occured and that just so happened to be in your pot plants, I'm sorry try anything u would use to kill them regularly try putting them on a high place, find the nest of wasps somewhere and blast the shit out of them
-------------------- When answering a question I ask, feel free to elaborate, feel free to direct me to other threads and or internet resources. I WANT to hear good information, try to make it so I don't have to answer anymore questions. I've read a lot if I ask a question it's because I want to here more.
