You want the plants a lot shorter, so cut the veg time out to make more effecient use of time and light (especially since you're using floros). sea of green was pretty much made to be used with floros. Have you thought of making the switch to HPS? Any bugs/ mold? Since you're using all fox farms, maybe use the bloom set (cha ching, open sesame, and beastie bloomz). Some people would say to check pH (and water in general, but I don't bother with that anymore since i have spring water now). I like to use molasses, magnesium, kelp, and bat guano during flowering. Also, pics? Good luck

i dont really have space for hps, would get too hot-though i do have a ventilation system in place.ive been considering the 3 pack u mentioned and will probably go with it on next round of plants.
had some mites but knocked those little fuckers out asap with end all,so thats no biggie, and no mold
have pics up in day or 2

In my opinion the plants are too tall. With fluorescent bulbs the tallest the plants should really be by the end of flowering is maybe 3 feet more like 2 feet, but more of a bushy plant with many smaller colas instead of one main bud. I've read on here that a 150hps can grow enough bud for 2 people so why not consider getting one? Since you already have the ventilation system going a 150 might not get too hot. You could just hang it in the middle of the room vertically (with no reflector) and arrange the plants in a circle around it, then combine that with the T5's on the top. You could grow 6' tall plants and drastically increase your yields!

I agree. If you're going to go more than 2-3' you should use more than flouros. I have only used flouros and like to keep it under 3' with several colas. Often, they produce very well. Also, cuts down time til harvest.

Your problem is not enough light! You're running less than 1000 lumens per sq/ft.

Save your money, buy an inline centrifugal impeller fan, like a can fan or a vortex, 2x 1000w hps lights with air-cooled reflectors, vent to the OUTSIDE, and watch yourself harvest 2-3lbs out of a 4'x8' room with plants less than 1/2 the height. You will only need to veg for 3-4weeks depending on strain, maybe even less. And your buds will be much larger and more dense, more resinous and possibly more potent. btw, how many plants are you flowering at a time?

The pic in your avatar, if that's you, notice the branches by your face, no bud. Not enough light. All that vertical space wasted, more or less. Really it's the veg time that gets wasted.

ALSO flowering under flouros you should be harvesting at like 10-12 weeks for indicas and even longer for sativas. Hell, even with an hps your lemon haze should be going 12-14 weeks.

Be sure to look up as much info as you can about drying and curing, as most new growers (and even some not so new) overlook this, the quality really suffers. Case in point: most MI (specifically lansing) dispensary buds really sucked the first 6-12 months thanks to them buying weed from so many inexperienced growers who were harvesting too early, not drying properly (as in selling wet weed) and definitely not curing. This is still sometimes the case, however, growers are getting better every harvest, or people are getting buds shipped from cali. either is good for the consumer.

High temperatures can be prevented even with your limited space with an air cooled hood or Cooltube and an inline fan when using HPS and MH lights. I am personally saving up for a cooltube or may try to make one.

i feel like im beating a dead horse here by chipping in but you don't have enough light. and your plants are waay too tall. a good afghani is around 4ft. so like everyone mentioned before. cut your veg down. increase your wattage and if heat is really an issue invest in the cooled hoods and exaust system ITS WORTH IT!! plus higher temps are great for indicas "afghani" especially.it increases resin production and i find your old world indicas "afghani, kush, hashplant" thrive in higher temps. thats just from my personal experience.

if you set up right you should get 2lbs out of a room that size with a 1000w HPS.

also try switching your veg cycle to 18/6 i find giving them a little more dark helps them bulk up a bit more as apposed to the constant stretch they get in 24/0. a little bit of rest is good everything
