Well no luck on finding it. checked the local Lowes and all the nurseries. It doesnt help that is 40 degrees outside. Thanks for the product and ill definitely keep my eyes open for it.
Do you have any idea if this is a national brand or could it only be available is certain areas?
What part of the country did you buy it?

I got it in Cali but from what I can tell it's a national brand.

Thanks man, I'm on the east coast. In this screwed up little town I have trouble finding anything more than miracle grow and scotts. I shall widen my search very soon.

I've been having trouble finding it.
Lowes does not have it on there wed site.
MG and Scott's is all I find so far.
Will keep looking. Maybe a seasonal thing here.

Should be soon that the nurseries around here start selling more. Starting plants early is not just a marijuana thing. Though I'm sure most of you know that.
Hopefully I can find enough supplies to make a nice seedling mix to hold me over til I can find this mix.

I was getting some weird looks today, asking for Kellogs brand soil.

Looks like its unavailable in my area or at any store within 70 miles.
Will just have to stop in and see the manager. Maybe see if it can be ordered.

rather spend $200 on that than FF/OF. That would be alot of bags.

None available within 40 miles of me. Though I have a trip planed to a much much bigger city. I'm sure I can find something there when we go.

Getting info from local Lowes was a pain.
Have to buy a truck load to get it shipped in, $6000 worth is a little more than I need.
Closest Lowes to pick up from is New Mexico.

I tryied.

I have herd nothing but good things so far about Kellogs patio plus.
I was going to get some FFOF but the nearest hyrdo shop is selling them for 18 dollars a piece. 5 dollars seems much more appealing.

Since it was bumped........... Is this still recommended? No extended release type fertilizers and stuff?

Ive been using FFOF forever and want the same results if not better lol with a cheaper price tag

From what I hear some people are saying that this is equivalent to FFOF.

ingredients:
composted forest products, canadian peat moss, composted chicken manure, rice hulls, horticultural sand, perlite, bat guano, kelp meal & worm castings

Planted my seedlings in the ground today.

Hope this soil works well.

it sure would save me some money if its just like FFOF. I just told my friend about this Kellogs and he is being skeptical about it.
