 Autoflower Lighting Question

So, theres an autoflower plant which just started showing its sex (female!  ) and 2 rooms. 1 room is a flowering room (150w HPS) which will only be on for 12 hours a day. Theres also a veg cabinet (150w CFL) which is on 24/0 to accommodate for seedlings.
My question, seeing as this is an autoflower, is which room would be better for it? The 150w HPS is generally where you'd want a flowering plant, but this is an autoflower which really benefits from the extended lighting it can have...so, I'm wondering if the CFL room wouldn't be more beneficial.
It can't simply be switched between the two, because depending upon the room, it'll have a different form of LST. The flowering room is considerably larger, so it would have a lot more room in there.

I would put it in the hps room. You will get denser buds, and you wont have to worry about a lack of blue light (stretching) b/c its a short ass plant anyway. Especially if there is more room in there anyway.

Ok. It'd only be getting 12 hours though, which seems like a waste for the autoflowering genes.
I wasn't sure if the extra time it would have under the CFLs would outweigh the benefits of the CFL's. A pretty tough question, I know.
I figured the HPS would be the consensus, which is kinda what I wanted to do with it anyway TBH.

autos grow best under 20/4 but you can grow 24/0 so id say with the cfl as long as you have the lumens. but the hps would be better but youd have to run it longer which sounds like you cant.

I've done auto's under 12/12 for the same reson as you.
Do it , enjoy the smoke. Thats what its about.

Yeah, but it doesn't hurt to also get a nice stash to hold onto 
Was hoping for a male for once haha, didn't get one! Got 3 left, maybe one will help me out next time.
Also - I LOVE the smoke from these. Gotta be one of my favorite buds by far, and it totally makes some sweeeeeeeeeet hash.

yeah if you do them 12/12 they will yeild way lower than 24/0

Someone would have to do a side by side grow. I don't think the differance would be all that much. IMO .I've only grown auto's 3 times. So what do I know.
