Ok so I have a 4 day old sharksbreath seedling and the light about a foot and a half away from the top of the seedling and its just moving away from the light for some reason, I'm thinking its from the light being to intense or to bright? Please share some advice and also the seedling is stretching which shouldn't happen unless theres not enough light correct?
Sorry theres no pictures, ill try to get some up later

100 watt cfl is actually probably the 23 watt one. If its stretching and "moving away from the light" then it is probably stretched to the point it cant support itself. How tall is it?
And why is it so far away from such a small light?

It's only a little over 1.5 inches and I keep the light away because it seems like when I have it closer it steers away from it. It's 84 degrees and 53% humidity and there good air flow

1.5 inches away or 1.5 feet? You have said both.

I believe he means the plant is 1.5 inches tall, and the light is 1.5 feet away.

my guess would be that the stem is too weak to support itself. get some better air flow in there so it can toughen up a bit.

Ok, Well I added some soil so it could have alittle more stability if thats what it needed and adjusted the light a little.

Move the light as close as possible for now, but you're gonna need more light eventually.
Your seedling looks fine to me.

Well I plan on moving them outside once they seem ready enough so lighting in the future wont be a problem
