Cloning?? Need Help

so im thinking of asking my brother if i could clone his purple frost strain he has, and i need to know a good way of cloning. Ive tried with rockwool soaked in lemon juice water and ive tried the water bubbling with a pump last year and it didnt work...so im seeing if anyone could give me some advice on cloning before i try to clone it tonight.
