I don't think you need to calculate GPH - my advice would be to go with just any conventional miniature water pump that people use for their hydro systems - they should be fine. Could also go with a flood pump and shave the impeller, depending on the size of the system,
PVC size should correspond to your pump nozzle size. 3/4 OD Is quite big. What's the tubing for though? Don't aeros use those little tiny hoses with the sprays?

lol. I would need to know a ballpark GPH to maintain my 25PSI requirement.
The tubing is for the aero system; the'res more then one way to skin a cat; i want hardline not soft...

What kind of tips/sprayers will you be using and how many?
You need to find out the GPH of the tips, and to be safe add about 25-50 GPH when choosing the pump.
I have a 395 GPH pump pushing 18 ezcloner tips, and I used 3/4 PVC for the pumping.

Word. its looking like imma use 20 sprayers (20-25gph; adjustable), and was planning on 1/2in pvc just cause i dont have the most room in my area to work with. Only thing that sucks is i'll prolly have to order the pump. We only carry the 340gph model; imma prolly pick up a 450-500gph then and should be fine... worse case; i can pick up the adjustable sprayers; prolly will just to be sure i get the height i need to spray the roots in the first few weeks...
Thanks. I didnt know if i should actually add up the GPH and thats how i get it or wtf.
Last Q: Howed you go from the pump to pvc? Im trying to gather ideas cause the pump i was looking at had like a 1/8 outlet...
