ive thought about it, but never seen or heard about it being used..... i would think it would be a fire hazard

Yeah, let's mix LOTS of electricity and high temperature lighting...and electricity with pure O2...that's the definition of true genius. Besides you can aerate your roots really easily, and your plants are producing oxygen, you'll have better effects if you just supplement with carbon dioxide.

you could dump a little h2O2 in the water which breaks down into O2. Not really necessary, but if you wanted to give your plants roots a little extra oxygen that's one way to do it.
