My buddy bought me some stim root n.3 for hardwood cuttings cuz he thought it would work better than the n.1 i already got, the only difference i noticed was the n.3 had .8% iba rooting powder and the n.1 only had .1%. Sounds like this might be a good idea but also like it could just be overkill, any thoughts?

Take a few cuttings and watch them for 24 hrs. They may bend and look a little funny the first day but after that they should be fine if not then use something with a little less. The stuff I use is 5.5
