hi all si have a bagseed plant that i have had under 12/12 for 5-6 weeks and i was wondering if it ready to be picked yet

It needs at least 2-4 more weeks IMO based on the pistils and resin production. Give it time to bulk up and you won't be sorry you did.

Definitely not ready. Invest in a magnifying lens, at least 50x, and pay attention to your trichomes. When they're milky white and then turning dark it is time to harvest.

yeah, some of those pistils are still white! wait it out. picking it now would be wasteful.

I would say let em go at least 8-10 weeks under 12/12, but like said above get yourself a maginifying lens

Do all the oistils have to change color for the trichomes to become cloudy

In the life process of all the cannabis I have had the fortune to see the pistils turning orange always precedes the change in color of the glandular trichs.

nope, not at all, but pistil color change is a sign your plant is maturing (or became seeded). So, usually when you start seeing pistils change from white to orange, your trichomes are maturing as well.

IMO, Though it may need about 5-6 more weeks, it doesnt have 5-6 weeks. Peak ripeness will come before much more mass, then its down hill. Quality over quantity IMHO. Get a small scope or a magnifying glass.
