Vented lights.

So instead of making my own tent, I think I'm gonig to opt for buying a Secret Jardin Dark Room after hearing some good things about it on here and elsewhere.
I'm probably going to get the 4x4 and light it with a 600w HPS.
... Probably going to keep it simple and just add an exhaust fan and let the negative pressure created by the exhaust take care of the intake. Will also add a small oscillating fan on the inside for circulation.
My questions are- Does this sound like a good plan?
And also, would I need to bother with setting up a vented light system if I put the exhaust fan up high?
Also, couldn't I just use a CFL for vegging to save power?

Yes, yes, and yes!! Make sure to thermal wrap your exhaust... you can use one fan up top to cool the light and draw in fresh air through the premade intake vents
ebay has package deals with the jardin

Yup cool tube would be best, since you can lower the roof beams, so you can vent almost all the heat with one fan.

All in all it sounds like a good plan.
If it doesn't get that hot in your area you can probably get away without a vented light setup but it would be a better option in the long run to have it if you need it. Also, if you go without the vented light, make sure you get a more than adequate fan. (If it's just the whole two fan idea that you don't want to deal with, you can do like benzeb says and use only one fan that intakes at your hood and vents out that way, which is how I do my own cab.)
You may be able to get away with just a cfl to veg but you will without a doubt lower your overall yield significantly. One thing people don't often grasp is how little power costs in relation to the reward of this hobby. I could run a thousand watt light 24/7 for three months and it will only cost me 150$-200$. That is a very low price to pay when you realize how much a grow like that would produce. You are far better off using your light efficiently than to replace it in veg altogether.
