So this is my first Plant.
Used a bag seed and some miracle grow soil coupled with Rootblast 2-1-2.
No grow box or special lamps Its just been sitting in the window sill with just about direct sunlight.
So far it has only been 4 days exactly and I was wondering if i'm doing anything wrong...also with the current setup i have will i even be able to look foward to a good smoke? If so how long? (estimates of course) Any advice would be greatly appreciated thnks!!

**Note**
1. I had an ant problem during day 2 but quickly resolved it with cinnamon (ant deterrent)will that cause any discrepancies?

smoke time estimates I would say 3-5 months veg stage 1-3 months flower stage 1-2 months then cure that shit and smoke that shit. If you keep it small and feed you might be smoking it in 4 months... no idea on the strain and the growing conditions arent the best so i dont claim any accurate estimation. If you keep it alone and female it should be good smoke personally i would not use miracle grow, Melinda is a fine name indeed. Make a new growing pot if you have to since it is still young its no problem if you puddle it after transplanting(make a mud bath for its roots) but you should try to deliver water only from below the roots so they grow down and your plant grows up. Thanks! i just made a little makeshift lighting set up with some CFLs will post pics shortly any advice on what else i should do to increase the rate of growth?
Btw thanks for the tip about delivering water to the bottom

Lol srry it took so long to reply i just wanted to make sure my plant grew alot more before i updated his/her(cant wait to find out!!) pictures...btw... is it time to re-pot? And if so has anybody heard of an eggshell potting method? (i dunno my friend suggested it)

I'll tell you this right now, you will never harvest anything with the plant on that windowsill. If you want to expect anything at all, buy lights or move her outside. The window will not provide enough light to a plant like cannabis, it requires to much energy to produce buds. You also need to consider how you will control the photoperiod (the amount of light the plant recieves per day that tells her when to flower.)

ok so should i repot it and then put it outside instead? cause i really dont have that much money for crazy lights and all the other needed materials right now
