i'm wondering if there's any ways to reduce or neutralize the stanky smell while budding, anyone?

Charcoal filters are the standard.

Magash nailed it. A charcoal filter or 'carbon scrubber' will 100% eliminate all smell when hooked up too the right kind of fan (Inline centrifugal or squirrel cage fan).

Can't ozone generators be dangerous? I see no reason to use one over a carbon scrubber.

It can be if it is not used properly, and the same goes for human health as well. I was reading something by the EPA that was stating that the recommended levels that the products have can quite possibly have adverse health effects. Anyways, if used right, I'm sure it can help neutralize odors, but I don't think I'd recommend it. Carbon filtration is really the way to go.

Ozone is perfectly safe if used correctly. Read: DO NOT direct ozone into your general grow room air. Place the generator inside or directly in front of your exhaust. That way the ozone will neutralize the smell leaving the room which is what counts.

But anyway, a homemade carbon scrubber is the cheapest, and easiest way to go IMO.

blankets aren't going to help get rid of the smell, if anything they'd just trap it inside your grow box for longer while decreasing the ability to exhaust air.

Make a Carbon Scrubber! It will costs you at most 40$ or so and is well worth the investment.

I got really lucky. The random bagseed strain im growing has literally no smell. You cant even smell it but very little with your nose touching the buds, even while in full flower. If you touch the buds or leaves close to it then you get a decent smell of it.

Finding a strain that doesnt smell is one way.

The only other ways i know is ozone or carbon filters. I havent seen too much good on ozones other than they remove smells efficiently. Ive read from a pretty reliable source if the ozone isnt in another room or isolated from the grow room it will cause chlorotic spots similar to an mg deficiency, and the overall growth slows to a "crawl".

On the other hand ive heard nothing but good out of carbon filters other than you have to replace some carbon every now and then.

edit Ive also heard this spray called ozium works decent but you have to reapply it alot, and I dont think it would be efficient, more like a quick fix. And I dont think youd want it to touch your plants or any objects.

haha if i don't luck out like you, looks like I should invest into something...if i am going to buy something, what would be the most efficient that would last me awhile?

Why would he do that, unless he wanted to suffocate the plant and let it die?

In terms of strains with minimal smell, you should check out Mandala genetics, they have one (can't remember which, but they talk about it as a good stealth plant with regard to odor) that is supposed to be virtually undetectable as far as scent is concerned.

I'm not sure if you are taking the idea seriously or not, but only do it if you want to kill your plant. Plants need to b-r-e-a-t-h-e, just the same as humans do. Not only do they need to take in CO2 in order to carry out their energy production processes, but they also transpire water through their stomata, and putting bags, even if around only the bud sites,  is going to result in moldy buds, because the moisture that is being released isn't going to go anywhere. Beyond that, putting a plant in a bag and the resultant, built-up transpiration is going to affect water and nutrient uptake.

The sure-fire way to deal with smell is a carbon filter. Since it is usually necessary to have an in-line fan to help keep the air in the room constantly refreshed (once again, plants need to BREATHE), one can simply hook up a carbon filter at either end of the fan.
