Carbon Scrubber & Fan question

I am looking into building a carbon scrubber - what size scrubber would I need for a room that is ~125cf?
I will be connecting the scrubber to my cooltube (6" flanges) w/ a 600w light, and then connecting an inline fan to the other side of the tube, to pull air through, and vent it outside (outside <- fan <- tube <- scrubber). Would this fan provide sufficient air exchange / pressure?
Thanks!

You will need a Can Fan for that, inline fans don't have enough pull. A 6in Can fan will cover what you need.

That is a booster fan which can't handle static pressure. You need an in-line centrifugal fan (can fan, econoline, vortex), or a squirrel cage blower (available from hvac, hydro, and hardware stores) to get the requisite performance with high static pressure. Like shroomjew said, a 6" in-line centrifugal fan will work well in your space but an 8" with a speed controller is ideal.
