So my latitude is 43.212, and I am wondering how this relates to flowering for me? I've been outdoors all year from seed. all organic. good watering, confirmed females. Not topped yet. Anybody savvy on this topic?

you're a bit north of me. in terms of your flowering, this will depend on what type of plant you're growing. a nice indica dominant strain will likely have no problem finishing where you are, but a sativa heavy strain will probably run too long.
there's not much you can do but sit and wait
btw, instead of topping, you should try tying down. try each on half your plants and see which results you like better. go with whatever works best next year.

I just wasn't sure if I am going to be late august or september... Just curious is all

you will definitely be through the end of september, at least
you should get as close to the first frosts as possible if you haven't finished beforehand.
a big, hardy mj plant can survive a few light frosts, and the colder temperatures produce some nice deep purple colors

I usually get light frosts starting in october, during deer hunting season...
I am eager to see how I do, this being my first outdoor grow... Seems the plants are healthy and happy, so I will just keep on keepin on till I notice flowers.

it also really depends on your elevation. I'm at about 38 degrees but at around 9000' ASL I could never keep a plant outside through september.

I am on a flat area. mostly farmland... no large hills or mountains at all. Large lake 25 miles east of me.
