 australia bag seed grow (silvia sativa)

as the title states this is a bad seed grow with some seeds that were gifted tm me from a really good friens here in aust.... the starin is unknown but is susppect to be of sativa type...
grow started on the 8th of july with the seeds being germed and then planted into soil/verm mix and then dug up and chaned to a coco/perlite mix 70/30 ratio after the change to the coco/perlite mix things have been going alot better.. unfortunetly i cant bring these inside and put em under any lights so they have been outside sine the day they were potted.. so the plant has been in coco/perlite for 15 days now and this is what it looks like... take into consideration it is winter hence the slow growth
also just germed 8 lemon kush  which were planted today as well but will start a new thread on them tommoz
