I don't do fitbit type things but my phone says I slept 10 hrs 10 min last night
It was good. Since I stopped going into work I try to sleep 10pm-7am, 9hrs per night.

I've been trying to stay up all night and sleep during the day.  I get thrown off all the time when I crash early, but I used a lot of meth so I am used to wildly erratic sleep habits.

What's the best way to get a sleep chart?  Do you wear a watch or something around your head?  What is it?

Yeah some kind of fitness monitor or a maybe a smartbed. My samsung tracks in the fitness app but that is just based on when I put it down at the end of the day and it stays undisturbed till morning, which is pretty accurate if you keep your phone with you all the time.
