 Trying to find bulbs for this growlight

Got this cheap growlight, unfortunately can't find the bulbs for it, the website I got the growlight from doesn't even sell the bulbs. (gearbest)
Specifications:
- Material: aluminum
- LED bead type: 5730 bead
- Total LED beads: 80pcs (44pcs red beads, 24pcs blue beads, 4pcs white beads, 4pcs infrared beads, 4pcs ultraviolet beads)
- Voltage: 85 - 265V
- Power: 18W
- Luminous flux: 2400lm
Anyone know where I can get some bulbs for this lamp?

I'm pretty sure with LEDs you need to replace the whole PCB board. Not just individual bulb. Also you will get horrible if any results if you try to use that for growing cannabis.

A cheap 70 watt HPS off the net will cost you less and produce a usable amount from a plant.

Yeah I know that growlight isn't good enough but it actually is pretty damn bright even with just one of them turned on. I'm keeping it close to the sprouts and they're already like 2 inches tall. Just ordered another growlight... so you're saying I wont be able to replace the bulbs on this one either? This one's from Aliexpress... well if I can't buy replacement bulbs, then what are all the LED bulbs on that site for? Where can I find the lamp for these bulbs?
I haven't ordered these bulbs, just an example of the ones I have
 And what about these "corn lights" I keep seeing? Are those any good?
