Very similar techniques to mushrooms for all u guys with pcs.
First attempt and seems to have worked nicely.
Nice way to keep mom's or reinvigorate old clones.

I've been curious about tc because of my mushroom hobby. What nutrients are you using an are you using a still air box or flow hood? That culture you have there looks good .

This is really cool. What nutrients/hormones/antibiotics did you add? Is it just MS media? did you have to add any of the vitamins/hormones/antibiotics after sterilization?
I tried this last spring with young leaves from a raspberry plant+grap plant I had growing outside. I cut tiny bright green leaves off, washed them 3x in dish soap and water, then washed them 3x in 10% bleach, put them onto a medium containing agar, tap water, nitrogenous fertilizer which contains NPK, small amount of epsom salts and sea salt, nutritional yeast for vitamins, and sucrose. sterilized it all in jars. Problem is I didn't add an antibiotic and evidently the soap and bleach washes weren't enough to sterilize because bacteria took over everything and eventually the plant turned brown and died.
Edit: It should also be noted that this was done in front of a laminar flow hood.

Ya just still air box spray down room lots of rubbing alcohol yada yada.
Yea I have heard of people trying hydro nutes instead of Ms salts but don't get same results and are pros. So worth getting proper items esp as its few dollars a litre.
And yes contains the ppm.(Guess it's sorta nasty stuff but meh it's in liquid) Still lost a couple to contams but not to bad since was first go.
I'll post more recent pics shortly.

Oh and u add everything pre sterilization. Nothing added after besides plants.
Want to experiment more with plant hormon and not just GA for fem ming. Oh this plant needs more nodes or needs to elongate a bit be fun if nothing else. Although some can increase yeilds although debate is there Wether get more trichs or just weight..
Oh and guy I got stuff off is great. Com can be little tuff at times but cool to talk about medical plants which was nice

Sorry got crazy busy. Rooted a couple and the rest left and jist ran there course as didnt replate them. Pretty straight forward if can grow cubies above pf jars u can handle this. Be alot better if could store for 6 months with no replating keep cuts around easy peezy or shipping is nice id can roll with micro cuts. Also shipping but i have learned i like change more then any pheno i think. May be more handy of lived where cuts got passed around and could reinvigor them.

I'm happy to get all of you guys going who have some of the materials or are planning on getting some. I make the Microclone kits and have set up over a hundred labs and instructed a few hundred users. The fastest way to get the benefits of tissue culture is to start some larger pieces in liquid culture tubes, then plant after two weeks of tc growth.
I teach this to users as a way of learning the skills of introduction and exit so they can practice the agar gel steps in between. The cool thing was how well the shortcut plants came out. Now we take veg plant discards to make the next generations of plants.
See the videos for Microclone Cannabis Tissue culture.

Welcome to growery!! I have a feeling you have helped me more then you know!! Glad to have a pro onsite here! Stick around and check out shroomery aswell! Many people over there to share with. Def folks with clean set ups for isolations and transfers of mycellium so seemlessly intergrated
Cheers!
