Well, I kind of fucked up last year. So im trying to make up for it lol.
Last year I had 22 plants and they stayed in 1gal pots for half the summer, got hella rootbound, and I never transplanted them cuz i didnt have soil an was too broke to buy it. Only got a couple oz of fluffy premature buds when the rain came and forced me to cut em down.
My neighbor, on the other hand, planted his in the ground, early. He had the same strains as me, used the same fert as me, and his plants got to 9ft-11ft with huge dense buds. Dunno what the total weight was.
But I do know that Im gonna plant in the ground early this year. All 50 of em

Well most of the seedlings died due to many reasons... some damped off, some dried out on a hot day, some were lost to slugs, and... I have one left.
But I was given some UW clones:
So I brought them home, put them under a light:
After a couple days for them to recover from moving, I transplanted them into 1 gallon pots and topped each one at the 5th node:
I made clones out of the stem that was whacked:
Then today I staked down the main branches of my 3 plants:

The 3 originals loving the outdoors. Been getting alternating rain, hail, wind, and sun lately, so the leaves and stems are getting really strong.
My new cloning box, upgraded the light, it has twice as many bulbs now.
My 4 UW clones, 1 ATF x Euforia F1 hybrid seedling, 1 White Widow seedling, 1 Royal Crown (or Crown Royale) seedling, and just planted 2 ICE seeds waiting to germinate. Seeds were pre-soaked in giberellic acid to help germination.

I am taking lots of clones. Each of those 1gal ziplocs has two 4" clones in it.
The 3 on the left are my original UW's. The 3 on the right are (from top) White Widow, Crown Royale, and ATFxEuphoria F1. Just transplanted the hybrid from a 4" to a 1gal and put it outside yesterday. I foliar fed it SuperThrive as well, to reduce transplant shock and indoor>outdoor shock. It snapped back quite well in 24hrs!! Man I love SuperThrive...

I havent made an update in a while cuz I've been busy.
This is all the girls before transplanting. The biggest 3 in the closest row are the big UW's. The 3 in the middle row are (from left) White Widow, Crown Royalé, and the ATFxEuphF1 hybrid. The farthest row are the first set of clones off the big UW's. Right now I have clones of the other strains rooting. I gave one of the big UW's and some smaller UW's to my mom. She says she can grow better pot than me, so she wants to grow some "her way." So my mom and I are gonna have a mini cannabis cup competition in croptober lol. Her pot VS my pot.
The hybrid on 7/5/16 night before planting in the ground.
The hybrid again on 7/24/16, right before I whacked it to the 5th node.
The hybrid after being whacked back, and side branches trained along the ground using weed barrier stakes. I buy them for $10/ea (minus 35% because I'm an employee at the nursery), but I could make my own with wire also. 8/11/16
My two UW's after the same treatment.

Here are photos of a ATF x Euforia F1 bud (left) and a UW bud (right) on 9/26
Here are pics of my UW that was kept growing horizontal through Veg (left), my UW that I only topped and staked branches out 1 time (middle), and my ATF x Euforia which also only got staked out 1 time (right).

Well here's closeups of the UW on the left and ATF x Euforia on the right. Rain has started but I'm using a spray of Orange Guard, grapefruit seed extract, and thieves oil to keep the mold off. UW looks close to ripe. Hybrid still has a way to go.
