Hey everyone, just another grow log. This will be just one plant of this strain.
Strain - Sweet Seed's Black Cream Auto
Quote:
The feminized Black Cream by Sweet Seeds is an autoflowering beauty with an Indica appearance and high resin production, but her real beauty is revealed when the flowering time has come. The parents of Black Cream are an exotic autoflowering variety with purple flowers and Pakistani Kush ancestry and the original Cream Caramel. This marriage resulted in a plant with numerous branches and short internodal spacing, that develops many smaller compact buds and an impressively large central umbel. And she is incredibly productive for a plant that reaches no more than 60-110cm. Black Cream by Sweet Seeds requires 8 weeks after germination to produce its yield - indoors an average harvest amounts to 350-55g/m² whereas it yields 35-150g per plant outdoors. 80% of the specimen acquire beautiful reddish and purple hues in the buds and in some cases even the leaves turn to purple - a real feast for the eye. The dried crop of Black Cream has a very dark purple color, almost black and exudes a very sweet and fruity aroma, with hints of earthy tones, owed to Cream Caramel.
Grow medium - FFOF (Fox Farm Ocean Forest Soil) with a bit of added perlite.
Container - I started the seed in a very small, 4 inch pot. I will be transplanting to a 5 gallon root pouch.
Temperature - 80-105 degrees Farenheight
Humidity - 50-80%
Nutrients - FF trio (big bloom, tiger bloom, grow big), Botanicare's liquid karma, GH cal-mag, and molasses. I will also have clearex and pH down/up on retainer to use when necessary.
Water - I will be using pH'd(6.0-6.5) water with 0ppm throughout the duration of this grow.
Lights - The sun will provide 100% of the light that this plant recieves.
August 4th - Day 1

UPDATE Day 3 Plant is growing nicely but the stem is quite thin. I accidentally left it in the rain yesterday and woke up to find the plant toppled over covered in dirt and perlite. It has perked back up nicely but I still caused some unnecessary stress.

UPDATE Day 6 This plant is doing well. The stem is still spindly but the first set of leaves are bigger, and the second set is on their way. Also transplanted to the 5 gal pot. (1:1:1 mix of verm FFOF and perlite)

UPDATE Day 9 Growth is looking really good on this plant. Could not be more happy with how it's looking. The stem is a bit spindly. Hopefully this will turn out to be an awesome plant

Next time you grow a auto strain start it in the container it's gonna finish in. They hate to be transplanted and it cuts into the yield in a major way.

Yes this definitely happened last time but I think by cutting the bottom of the pot off and placing the whole pot in the bigger pot, and doing it so early, that it wouldn't affect growth much. I could be wrong though, and if I am, oh well, better luck next season
