Let see a picture of your ride bruh?
My girls dad gifted me this little gem in perfect condition being in storage since it was released in 1986! The only upgrades I've had to do to her was getting new brake cables, aligning the fork, add foot clips and new inner tubes. this picture isn't my baby but it looks the same aside from the white tape on the bars.

I just got back from taking the dogs on a 4.5 mile hike. I'm about to eat some cranberry and almond granola, and head to work.

Hell ya man, When i started i would run 30 seconds, then walk till i got my breath, and repeat. Id set the timer on my phone till i heared it go off and i knew that was 30 seconds. Keep in mind i was 230lbs. super outta shape from drugs/smoking. Took a while to get my cardio stronger then 30 seconds at a time
Eventually i could a min, then 2 min.... then i could go as long as needed. this saying helped me "its not how fast you can go, its how far" . so id go slow but for as long as possible. now im getting speed tho.
I was recently informed "jogging" was term used lots in the past. but now everyone just calls it running... basically anything faster then a walk is a "going for a run" to most cardio people.
I called it jogging for months till i started talking to some marthon runners here that informed me "jogging is called running now". so now i run (i guess) lol
I run the trails here, damn there is some SEXY girls who like to run.

so an update on m1y shit:
I got my first injury on friday. I was doing heavy squats. These ostarine pills got me feeling strong af so i decided to up my squat PR (personal record), then hammer out 10 reps x4 set. My hip and gut area was a lil sore after but no big deal.
The next morning i had the worst pain in the gut area, felt like when u have the shits and u get the cramp in your guys and it hurts so bad u got feel nauseated. I layed in a ball clutching my gut for hours. Everytime i stood up the pain made me feel like i was gonna puke. Fuck!
At first i didnt put it together that i prob pulled or tore some muscle in my core. But soon put it together.. After a stong kratom 80% of the pain was gone (the shit is AMAZING for sore and injured muscles). On sunday i woke up in same pain, but after my first kratom of the day i was good.
Woke up today and i was sore then but not in pain. These ostarine pill are supose to really speed up healing, so it may have helped . I decided to do a full body workout anyway... i skipped my planks and deadlifts (core shit), but still did a shit load of burpies.
todays workout (more for me to reference later)
200 jumping jacks (50x4 sets)
burpies (13 x4)
5 chin ups (5 set)
5 pull up (5 set)
wall sits (1min x4)
Ankle raises + 25lb (20 x4)
Isolation curls . 50lb (9x4)
tri kickbacks 25lb (8x4)
fore arm raises 20lb (10x4)
Burpies (14 rep)
Jumping jacks (50)
Refuled:
Shake : almond milk, protein (30gm) berries, kratom, sugar (only add sugar post wo)
Supplements Curicumin, omega 3s, ZMA,
Food: jerky, a banana
My gut area is sore again... hope i didnt rehurt it. I guess ill know tomorrow morning

The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.

Man, I've been busy as fuck getting my business going and spending time with my kiddo, I've been to the gym once in the last 4 weeks. Been drinking way to much red bull and eating some shittt food too. Gained 5 pounds.
I can't wait to have time for the gym again. I gotta cut the shit back out of my diet, I was doing so good for so long.
