Say you set up a four bucket recirculating deep water culture system and you want to scrog it. How do you clean out any algae that may get left behind in the system after you drain out all the old water. Or cleaning the airlines and stones in each bucket. If its trellised and established the buckets cant be moved. I feel like I'm missing something here. I know algae shouldnt be an issue in the first place, gotta have those what ifs though. Thanks for any knowledge or imput.

For this problem, i add hydrogen peroxide to my solutions, its for for algea root rot,
As for cleaning the buckets and air stones, i only did that in between cycles and never had an issue
