Pollen collecting tips?

For my current dixie cup SoG grow I decided to take one of the girls and spray her down with the "Mineral Spray" found on ebay to force some male flowers. As DK said, the stuff definitely works...exactly two weeks after I started spraying I now have male flowers forming.
First question is, is it safe to leave these with my other girls for a little while longer? It doesn't appear that they will be opening anytime soon.
Also, once they do start looking like they are about to open what would be the easiest way to collect their pollen?
Ive sprayed the entire plant and so far 2/3 of it (top) are showing male parts.
Paper bag over it with a hole cut in the top so she can get light, or is there an easier method?
Also since I will have to move her to another room is it ok if Im not as strict on her light schedule and light leak prevention since Ive already forced her to herm anyway?

Put it over a mirror or glass. You can tie some string and try to bend the plant so you can recover more pollen. After you have collected all the pollen you need to dry it as moisture ruins pollen. I myself made some dessicant from Epsom salt and dried the pollen on some paper in Tupperware.
Cool to see you the spray was successful for you.

Don't have those anywhere near your other plants. Those could pop without notice man.

Ive removed it from my grow room (closet) and put in my spare bathroom for pollen collection.
Now, since Ive already forced it to herm do I still need to worry about light leaks? I really dont want to have to light-proof my bathroom just to collect pollen from this one small plant but I will if its absolutely necessary.
