Well, the title says it. Basically just wondering if this plant is flowering yet... Not sure if you'll be able to tell from these photos but I thought I'd give it a go.
As this is my first cannabis grow I'm still learning the basics so forgive me if this is blatantly obvious.

I'd say no, or just getting started. It has no hairs coming out yet either(maybe, hard to tell). It looks nice and healthy, strong sativa, but nothing that resembles flowers. They will start to show their sex and sprout a few hairs before they are even in flower if you veg them long enough. Watch for any sign of it being a male.

I fully agree plus he's in Australia. Fall starts in Aus on March 20 for us fall starts on Sept 23. I know for a fact every plant I've ever had outdoors has been flowering by the middle of Sept. Since he's about a month from the start of fall there I'm sure he's started flowering. That and those funny white things on in the left pics are commonly called hairs which are used to collect pollen that happens when? at flowering.

Okay just to clarify, those are definitely hairs. Photo may have lost some quality but in the picture I took they are very visible.
I made a post on the growery well over a month ago (26th of December) to help determine gender and the plant has had hairs since then. Here's the photo I put up back then

Its old enough to show its sex regardless of light cycle. Its really so close that its hard to tell, but if it is its within the first week.
Check your local daylight time tables to see how long of a day your getting.

13.5 is about when I remember them starting to turn, and it should be about a month or so into flower before it is actually 12/12.
