Doesnt look like it to me Im sure by the looks of your substrate it will choose to continue to veg. what do you mean you fell off your schedule do you not have a timer they sell cheap ones at riteaid. Ill never try to start plant inside again without one.

The reason i said that is because by the looks of it you used good soil. In my journal I have nine plants that were all budding when i planted them. The Three that went into moisture control Miracle Grow reveged effortlessly how ever the ones in the ground dirt and pro mix are taking forever to to reveg but they have finally started I feel like cheap garden soil and ground dirt has natural bloom ferts in it they didnt start re vegging till i upped the water flushing.

Don't see any signs of flowering. How long have you had it in a 12/12 cycle? If it has been more than two weeks you probably have a light leak and aren't getting a full 12 hours of total darkness.

flowering now I'm actually kind of embarrased on how tall it's gotten, I wasn't expecting it to get past the lights already I really can only have like 12" tops before it overgrows the entire bureau lol

hehe yeah, lookin good. I would train those tops horizontally by tying them down and try to establish a lower canopy. Definitely try too keep your budsites directly under that light instead of letting them grow past it into the darkness.
