 Plants flowering early

I'm in Southern California. I got some plants from a friend who mostly grows indoor. I'm not sure what light cycle he had them on. Already fairly established one gallon plants when I got them.
I planted them about one month ago in a spot where they get good most of the afternoon sun, but not all day direct. Planted them with a good organic vegetable fertilizer. Have done one foliar/soil liquid feed with an organic "grow" fertilizer. Getting ready to do my 2nd.
These plants are already starting to bud. I can see I have options about what to do.
Should I-
1-keep feeding them the "grow" liquid food and hope they go back to veg with the longer days and maybe just sacrifice the buds that are forming?
2-switch over to a "bloom" liquid fert to maximize what's forming now?
If I do let the current set of buds form to fruition, will they re bud in the fall?
I'm worried about how this is gonna turn out. I know there are issues with plants going from indoor vegging situations to outdoor. I know this is an even more common problem here at this low latitude.
Should I just sacrifice this grow and start a new grow from seed? What varieties would be best for this type of a low latitude grow? Seems like genetics could play a large role in this.

I am in the same boat as you. My clone started flowering early when I started to harden it off since I had it on a 14 hour light schedule. 
Hopefully yours will reveg.

Well I've decided to embrace the early budding and switch them over to a flowering fertilizer.

Buds are getting damn close to harvest already. Not near the size or density I hoped for. I think going from the clone room to outdoor conditions kicked them into premature flower.
I should be harvesting them soon. Is there a way to harvest the bud but let the plants keep going in hopes of getting a 2nd fall harvest?

They are fattening up nicely I must say. I feel like a lot of my fretting was in vain. Oh well, first time growin so had some jitters.

just make sure it is REALLY time to harvest because it might get big without being dense because it has another growth faze... look at the trichomes, when over 50% are milky/amber in color it is time to harvest

This happened because almost sure he got them from a mother indoor, usually on a 18/6 or 24/0 the cuttings being used to this and obviously not put into his flowering room they stayed in veg. Basically the plants went from hella light to not so much, which signals the start of flowering. Shade only increases this response, had it happen, same as putting them out to early, it flowers as soon as it gets out.

They are finishing up pretty nice. Already harvested the private reserve OG. Got some Fire OG that's pretty much there too. The platinum kush and dream queen both managed to go back to veg so they are gonna go a good bit longer.
Yeah Sam pretty sure that's how it happened, but it's all good. I got smoke earlier than I would have otherwise, but probably not nearly as much of it.

Oh for sure when they finish early like depo they are super potent every year I get a few clones in April to put out they finish by mid June, chill way to get some soon, also people depo, aka light deprivation by blacking out them later in the day, some can get 3 harvests a season.
