I started this project at a very busy time and never keep a log so I Can only guess how long they have been going. I started with one seed. After she got about 1' 1/2 / 2' there was an accident and I had no choise But to cut what I could and clone. Here they are today. How do they look and how big can I expect buds to get/ when should I havest. Theis pics don't Show all of them but they all look about the same.

The bulb is a:
The GE Energy Smart 42W Compact Fluorescent Bulb saves you a lot of money. This GE Energy Smart Bulb lets out as much light as that of a normal bulb of 150 watts. The light produced by this GE Energy Smart Bulb has the capability to last for about 12,000 hours. This GE Energy Smart Bulb is economical and also saves energy.
GE Energy Smart 42W Compact Fluorescent Bulb:
Equivalent to a 150W incandescent bulb Type T4 bulb Light output: 2700 lumens Lasts for 12,000 hours Saves energy GE Fluorescent Bulb is economical
I know it is probably not proper but growth was great so I stuck with it And it has got me this far so... It is on 12/12 I give it fish and poop, all 100% Organic grow. Bought organic potting soil and placed it in 5 gal bucket and placed 12 red worms in and let them do there thing for a couple months and this is the soil I use.

How close is the light? It's not ideal but I started that way too and with a small garden you can get very decent weed. Best results seemed to be around 60watts per plant. 4 bulb 2' t5 fluorescent per 2 plants with harvest height of 3' or so.

The tallest one is about 7" from light (one in photos) And the other four are between 12 and 14 inches from light. Tallest plant 19" Shortest 11"

Not bad dude! For that one bulb. On your next run try and keep the light really close. almost touching but be careful!
test your light move it closer a little at a time and see how they do? I keep my cfls,t5,t8 all that like 1 inch away from the top.
My 2??

Very odd looking strain. Basically one main stem with single leaflet leaves. Or that's just how it grew given the shortage of light. Any idea what strain it is?

This is most likely.

You might get a few joints out of that, good job!
IMO in order to grow properly you need airflow, carbon filtration, etc, once all of this is taken care of you're going to likely want to take advantage of HID lighting ie. 400+ w which can get you a half lb or more.

Not sure about strain. I was given a few grams of some high grade buds. I got to last little bit of it and wile packing a bowl I found A perfect seed in it ( which is like winning the lottery around here). If anyone Would be willing to take a guess on strain that would be cool.

I understand the airflow, but does the carbon filter have any benefit besides odor control?
I wasn't going to bother with a filter system for my grow because the smell isn't a concern for me. . . .

When someone is growing a single plant, the case is usually it's an illegal grow. :P
Here in Canada, if you can grow legally and ALSO not let your landlord know it's better. No sane landlord would let you grow as it has to be disclosed if they flip the place.
But no, carbon filtration isn't necessary.

That single leaf thing going on is because of a poor pheno/genetics. I have 3 underdog phenos and one of them look exactly like yours. And the one with that single leaf pheno likes to flower while in 24hours of light, then trys to reveg under 12 hours. Fucking weird. But the ones I grew out completely and finally harvested were massive yielders. I showed another group of growers amd asked why that pheno does that and they told me just crap genetics . My other 2 phenos of that strain came out wayyyyy different. All 3 almost look like different strains
