seedlings stopped growing?

so i have 8 plants, 2 in dwc buckets and 6 in a flood table, all autoflowers.
one dwc bucked is doing fine, huge. the other one with same nutes etc started growing but its been 5 inches or so tall for like 2 weeks and stopped growing, still no roots poking through the bottom?
and the tables have kinda the same thing going on, stopped growing with about 10-12 leafs on them, they have plenty of roots though. one of them has a leaf that the tip is dieing and a few of them the tiny new leafs sprouting on the bottom are dead.
any ideas?

can i see a pic of the seedling?
could be the strain does not do well with the set up you got. Or just that one plant is growing shitty.
my grow i had one plant grow soooooo fuckin slow. not sure why. When the other plants were over 2ft tall, it was still just bigger than a seedling (still in a dixie cup). I did exact same thing to all the plants too. that one bean tho. just didnt want to grow....
I actually still have it. its bigger now (and healthy)... i think ill throw it outside and see how she does.

So I realized the main difference between the one plant growing fine, and the other 7 which have stopped. The 7 that are not growing are in rapid rooter plugs, the one doing well is in the rockwool. Any ideas what the problem could be?

yes that may be the problem, that bug is a fungus gnat, they lay their translucent eggs on the soil surface, then their larvae will burrow into the soil or an organic medium and voraciously devour the roots..explains why the rockwool seedling is still thriving whilst the others aren't...they are a common houseplant pest where i reside...do an online search on how to get rid of em.....

Just so you know they will do just as well in rockwool. I lost several cuttings that were forming roots (the new roots is what they like) that were in rockwool to fungus gnats.
